Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY;
With standard delivery you will receive your order within 1-3 working days and a signature is always required upon receipt. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on orders over £85 and £6 on orders under this amount. We ship with both Royal Mail & DHL. These timeframes are a guide outside peak shipping periods and are not guaranteed.
European delivery - £25.00  (please allow up to 14 days, it can be longer if customs in your country hold the item) a signature will be required.
United States of America, Canada and parts of Asia - £25.00  ( please allow up to 21 days due to customs, it can be longer if customs in yout country hold the item) a signature will be required upon receipt. We apologise but we do not offer shipping to certain areas of Asia currently.
OVERSEAS PURCHASES; Please note all transactions are carried out Sterling to Sterling. 
IMPORT DUTIES/TAX; Any duties and or taxes that your country implements to you on arrival of your order are your responsibility and not that of Chakra-Mat.
INSURANCE & RECEIVING YOUR GOODS; Goods are insured by Chakra-Mat in transit. All goods must be signed for by you the purchaser and upon signing, the responsibility of insurance passes to you the customer.
SIGNATURE; Chakra-Mat will send all orders with a fully tracked and signed for service. If the receiver authorises the chosen courier DHL or Royal Mail to leave the package in a safe place or to redirect the package and as a result of this no signature is collected from the receiver, the receiver agrees at the point of authorising DHL / Royal Mail to change the delivery instruction from that of Chakra-Mat, to take full responsibility for any loss or damage to the package. Any claim for a lost or missing package would then be between the receiver and DHL /Royal Mail. 
RETURNS;
UK Returns must be paid for by the purchaser and returned within 14 days.

Please ensure that you send the item 'Sign for' as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. 
Your return will only be accepted if it is in the same unused condition in which it was sent to you. If there are any marks or damage your return will not be accepted and it will be returned to you.
Europe and Rest of World, you are responsible for return shipping costs and sending the item back to us to the above address - we advise strongly that you send it tracked and with a signature required as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Any Shipping costs both outbound and inbound that are not over the free threshold are non-refundable. 
Our online return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and your order will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase so please ensure that this is included with the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds;
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund shows.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
