The Chakra-Mat is not recommended for use during pregnancy. However, after your baby arrives, it can be a fantastic tool for new mums. Many of our customers who are new mothers enjoy the benefits of daily massages at home, finding the Chakra-Mat to be a wonderful way to relax, recharge, and support their well-being.

Can I use Chakra-Mat if my skin is sensitive?

If you have very sensitive skin and find the Chakra-Mat uncomfortable to use, we recommend starting with thin cotton clothing instead of bare skin. For your first few sessions, limit your massage time to 2–10 minutes to allow your body to adjust. To further reduce the intensity, try using the Chakra-Mat on a soft surface like a mattress or couch instead of the floor.
